They are the captains of Zenzero’s ship, directing it to its destination: Passion. Initiative, professionality, inquisitiveness and a bit of luck are what made Zenzero a reality. The three captains of our ship are constantly researching the best ingredients, constantly working with true passion, never leaving anything to fate. Our lucky number is 72, because of the 72 hours we leave our dough to rise, in order to make it soft yet crisp at the same time.
A soft and crunchy dough at the same time
After 10 years of research, trying different types of flour, our Chef found the perfect ingredient, a type of semi-integral flour made with a coarser grinding, with a high fiber content and a low glycemic impact. However our research never stops, as we are constantly driven to better our recipes.
