La Cantina di Cunéaz Nadir - Gressan
Grandgosier è un vino ottenuto da uvaggi di Pinot Nero 100%, raccolti rigorosamente a mano verso la metà del mese di settembre e poi diraspati. Macerazione a contatto con le bucce per circa 15 giorni e proseguono poi con la fermentazione spontanea che precede quella malolattica. Per almeno un anno intero il vino affina in tonneaux e barrique, per poi proseguire con la maturazione per altri otto mesi in bottiglia.
