Il Soki Soki è un elegante vino bianco macerato che nasce da uve di zibibbo che provengono da viti di oltre 80 anni, allevate su terreni ricchi di pietra pomice che vengono chiamati terreni "soki soki", a 300 m.s.l.m. Non viene filtrato o chiarificato e non contiene solfiti aggiunti. Un vino da non perdere!!!
